Not Quiet. Not Spacious.

PROS: - your walking distance to the beach - there are pools and water slides on property - the deck is spacious - the queen beds are comfortable - the appliances are new CONS - the surrounding properties are rented to large groups of people that go there to hang out and drink. They do not have respect for those residing around them. - the interior is TIGHT and that was for only 2 adults. - the living room, kitchen, and dining area are the cumulative size of a standard living room. - the bedrooms & bathrooms are also much smaller than normal and require nimbleness to move around in. - the roads in ocean lake park are tight; you're best off with a golf cart, but that's a very hefty additional fee. You will want to drive to the pools/water slides - to receive packages you must pay $2 or $5 for each parcel and pick it up at the front mail room during regular business hours. - the upkeep done to the property is low Warning: Do not pay this owner without a contract.
