The condo is nearly flawless, with top-notch renovations that make it feel like a true home away from home. Paul has thoughtfully equipped the unit with everything you might need, from a water purification system and ice options to a full range of pots, pans, and appliances, plus excellent lighting and an incredibly comfortable bed. He also provides cleaning supplies and starter essentials for the household. Paul is also a delightalways prompt and helpful. Whenever I had a question or issue, he responded the same day, often within an hour, with a solution. He also provided great recommendations for local attractions. The listing photos accurately reflect the property, and Im grateful for that. The complex offers multiple pools, a gym, ample parking, and a friendly atmosphere. The property is impeccably maintained, with no stray trash and residents cleaning up after their pets, creating a peaceful environment. I cant recommend him and this property highly enough.

Home away from home!

Im lucky this place was available when I was searching & blessed that P was as accommodating as he was! This is a 10/10 find!! Honestly, as nice as the pictures are, the unit is even more lovely! I rented this unit for 3 months and it really felt like home away from home. My phone is full of pictures of the sunset over the mountains (and the golf course that was literally in my backyard) that I was able to witness EVERY NIGHT. Paul also stocked every cabinet and pantry with seasonings, utensils, detergents and toiletries - other than food, I did not have to buy a thing! For all of my future Arizona stays, I will be looking here first for its availability!
