based on previous reviews i was very excited to stay here but was unfortunately immediately disappointed when i walked in the door. the room is bare except for a bed a few inches off the ground, there isnt a single light in the room, the bathroom was dirty and i had to scrub the literal walls clean. the one light thats close to your room doesnt have a lightbulb so its just dark if its the afternoon/night. there are minimal cooking supplies in the kitchen that also werent super clean, theres no couch (dont be fooled by the stock photos posted) so the only place to relax is you bed. there is only a flat sheet and comforter for you. the FF rep takes days to respond, i never once met her in person, you dont get access to the mailbox so you cant get mail here. there are only about 4 shelves to put clothes on and some bars to hang things on but good luck finding a place to put your socks because theres no sort of drawer/dresser or even nightstand. overrated, wouldnt recommend

If I could rate this 10 stars I would! SO lucky I found this spot! First and foremost, the Landlord is a true gem. Literally the nicest person I've ever met. So accommodating, generous and communicative. The stay was the best stay I've ever rented and being a traveling nurse, I've rented out a lot of spots! The building is safe and talk about perfect location! I didn't want to rent a car after seeing how close I was to everything. I also didn't have to because the unit is walking distance from everything I needed, including work! The convenience itself is priceless. I rented out a private bed/bath and I literally still got to enjoy the whole unit without paying the full price. I shared the space with another traveling nurse who was never around. If you are in LA on assignment and looking to rent out a private bed/bath I would highly suggest this unit. You won't be disappointed! I will absolutely be renting this space again.

Excellent stay and location 10/10

My colleagues and I whom all work together decided to rent out the unit while working at the hospital. I can't say enough great things about our stay! We LOVED the location and felt like we were on vacation the whole time. The building is beautiful, we felt super safe and our unit was gorgeous inside, but more importantly spot clean and smelled good!! Everything was made very easy for us from start to finish. The Landlord was the most kindest and caring person who truly made us feel welcomed and taken care of. We are definitely going to miss it here! I will most certainly recommend all my medical friends this listing. We had a GREAT time!! Thanks again :)

Best Stay Ever

I had an amazing stay. The space was clean, cozy, and truly felt like a home away from home. With my own private room and bathroom, I enjoyed the privacy and comfort I needed. The landlord was incredibly accommodating, communicative, and genuinely kind. One morning, she surprised us with a complimentary breakfast, which was a thoughtful gesture that made my stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect, right in the center of everything, allowing for easy walking access to nearby places without the hassle of parking. Moreover, connecting with the landlord, the kindest person I have ever rented from. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient place to stay in West Hollywood. It exceeded my expectations in every way.

The LL altered my checkin time 2 hours before the scheduled time. I was informed that she had scheduled painters on my move in day 30 mins before my move in time. She asked me to move in that evening on a scheduled work night and when I tried to cancel she asked me to move in at 430 (a time I need to be sleeping). It was only supposed to be for a week. I asked for a refund I have yet to receive it and that $500 cancellation fee is because of me. That was the original security deposit but was added to hold the deposit. Ive been nothing but respectful to her but I need to warn my fellow nurses before booking here. God bless
