The best furnished finder I have ever stayed at! Hardly a studio," pretty much a 1-bedroom with a walk-in closet. More storage space than a traveler could possibly need. Massive kitchen, plenty of natural light, plus great lighting inside the house (I will be spoiled moving forward), nice shower, big front porch and tons of parking. Private and peaceful (there are constant roosters in the distance but it's not bothersome) safe area, friendly neighbors. Kaeli is a very responsive and helpful host. 100% recommended!

I am a realtor, and work from home mostly. Grew up in Santa Cruz and Prunedale areas, and really enjoy the peaceful aspect of Prunedale. I work around the property doing little projects, go for hikes, dirt bike, and frequent the gym. Im a fairly quiet person, with 3 cats and a bunny. The neighbors have chickens, goats, and horses. Little country area near the beach!
