Good Situation

I stayed here for two months in late 2025. The unit has a lot packed into it, more than you will normally find in a similar situation. Full oven, for example. Dishwasher. Washer and dryer. I also should say that I have stayed in Furnished Finders in several states, and Los Angeles, frankly, can present some interesting situations that of course you cannot foresee when you move in. But this is a nice, balanced family, and they always are there at the drop of the hat when requested.

Do Not Recommend.

The ADU is clean and makes great use of the small space. Nice people. Here a few cautionary suggestions: be upfront about requesting payment in cash, More importantly, for travel nurses, beware, as we know our contracts can be cut on a moments notice, which is why we use furnished finders for the ease of month to month. We cannot provide a 30 day notice when we ourselves do not receive 30 days. My contract was cut short before the end of the month. I explained the situation, and let them keep the deposit. I received a message stating the property required a 30 say notice, so the following month had to be paid or they would proceed with legal action, and did! Nurses, find somewhere else to stay and make sure it is a place that you can rent month to month. As a true believer, I do not disparage anyone and will not start now, I would just recommend Not choosing to stay at this property. Perhaps nice people, but there is better out there for the price. May God grant you wisdom.

Private quiet space in Sherman Oaks

M and K are very caring, communicative and provide you with everything you need and more during your stay. The studio is a nice and private space tucked away in a quiet walkable neighborhood central to wherever you may need to go around the city with many different local shops and eateries right down the street. Everything you need and the owners go above and beyond to take care of you during your stay!

Clean, Cozy, and Pretty!

This cute studio has everything you need for a comfortable stay as a travel RN. Hosts were attentive and responsive. Bed was comfortable, appliances worked well, and it was very clean and cozy overall. In addition, parking was never an issue. I would definitely recommend! Paula

Honestly a Home away from Home!

Katie and Micah are well adapted, accomodating, emotionally mature, genuinely kind, and honest people (which seemingly are rare character traits in the greater L.A. area). They provide all that is advertised exactly as advertised, which is refreshing in a world where many people are using FF to take advantage of traveling business professionals/nurses. This space is so well appointed, well designed, and well attended to. The functional details of the space, the outside area, as well as the comfort of the bed, couch, and usefulness of the kitchen caddy made my stay so pleasant even though I was only here for a brief time. Thanks again for everything. I'd welcome the opportunity to stay again.
