Summer Stay

Very satisfied with my stay. Cute, private, safe, and good for animal-lovers (namely the neighborhood cats and 2 dogs on the property). Xavier was excellent with communication and would always be quick to respond if I needed anything. I will admit it was a bit getting used to a smaller sized place since this was my first studio experience, but still affordable and close to work and other points of interest. Not to mention the landscaping was gorgeous!

Cozy Stay

Loved this location. Driveway parking next to where the landlord parks. Can be difficult moving stuff in and out if you have a roller suitcase because of the rock walkway that you can't roll on, but the walkway and landscape was beautiful so I can't complain. I only ran into one issue which the landlord promptly helped me with. Communication with him was easy, chill, prompt, and professional. For not knowing the area it seemed to be a great central location to many different areas, especially downtown and many hospitals. I would definitely stay here again. Also, a prime location for if you are in town for the Masters. Front deck is beautiful and a great area to cook out, sit back, and relax.
