During my stay there was an active raccoon infestation in the attic/ceiling space above the unit. I notified the landlord on February 26 2026 and while they acknowledged the issue, the wildlife activity (including nightly fighting and loud thumping directly above the bedroom) continued through the end of my tenancy. This caused significant sleep disruption and raised health and safety concerns, as wildlife living within a residential structure can contribute to sanitation risks, disease transmission, and structural hazards. I hope the issue is fully resolved for future tenants, as it impacted habitability during my stay.
