cozy elegance with local charm

I had such a wonderful stay at this apartment and the neighborhood couldn't be any better. The way Holly has designed this home strikes a perfect balance between cozy and chic. Every design choice seems so thoughtful and purposefully placed. Holly is a fantastic owner, and was incredibly welcoming and warm from day one. The entire rental experience from start to finish was so smooth and I appreciated how often we could check in and chat. The neighborhood itself is amazing, with so much to explore and enjoy just steps away. It felt both vibrant and charming, and I loved being able to walk around and discover local gems. Overall, I couldnt have asked for a better stay and would HIGHLY recommend this to anybody!

Perfect Apartment

I really enjoyed my time here. The apartment is absolutely perfect and not to mention gorgeous. The space is very clean with nice touch amenities like a wood burning fireplace and a small outdoor balcony with great views! The neighborhood is safe, clean and surprisingly quiet. Very walkable too! Fillmore and the Presidio are just nice walks away. The owner, Holly was quick to respond to any questions that came up. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Stunning condo in an amazing location

We have been lucky enough to stay in this condo for almost 4 months now (we actually extended our stay because we have loved it so much) This is a beautiful condo in a gorgeous location in Presidio Heights on the door step of the beautiful Presidio. We stayed here when moving to San Francisco from the UK we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. H was extremely helpful and responsive in organising our stay and throughout the stay too. The apartment itself is stunning, all the appliances are very high spec, with so many added extras that have made our transition over here that bit easier. The location is extremely safe and clean with local shops and businesses a short walk away and for restaurants/bars the Marina and Fillmore Street are walkable too. The beautiful Presidio is a 6 minute walk away with its trails and stunning view points - we have spent so much time exploring here which has been a real highlight for us. I couldn't recommend this condo more! Enjoy!
