What a wonderful home!

We had the pleasure of staying in this home for five weeks this winter. The location is terrific! It is only a short drive to Siesta Key, Nokomis Beach (it is a gem), Venice, and downtown Sarasota. The beach chairs and umbrella provided made it so easy to take advantage of our wonderful location. This home supplies everything needed for a perfect stay! The kitchen is well stocked with all equipment I needed to prepare meals when we werent enjoying the wonderful restaurants nearby. The bedrooms have great mattresses, and perfect furnishings. We loved getting to enjoy the sun on the backyard deck. Im so interested in the birds and butterflies of the area, and I was thrilled to observe many monarch butterflies on the backyard blooms, and I observed a flying flamingo, a flock of parakeets, many egrets, ospreys, red shouldered hawks, sandhill cranes, a bald eagle, and mockingbirds. There is a wonderful area to visit right at the end of S Lockwood Drive, Red Bug Slough Preserve. It has walking trails, and ponds, polite pets allowed! We hope to return to this great property soon! Brianna is a fantastic host!

Fantastic Location & Host

I had the pleasure of staying at this property for 9 months from Apr to Dec and Brianas house was truly a home away from home for me. The property is close to everything, beaches, restaurants, supermarkets are only minutes away (Dewilers is a dream!) The house itself is beautiful, it is clean, spacious and fully equipped, everything you could possibly need - including balls for my dog!, Briana has really thought of everything. The garden and deck are spacious, and tranquil - I spent hours sitting and enjoying the beautiful sunset from the backyard. Briana is incredibly responsive to any questions or concerns, she truly cares about her guests and their needs, even checking in on me during a hurricane. I couldnt have asked for a better host and (temporary) home - so dont even think about it, book this awesome home, I promise you wont regret it. Convenient, home away from home.

This is a beautiful and clean home! Very welcoming with beautiful decorations that make you feel right at home in one of the most beautiful cities in the US. This home is close to everything! Its just a short drive to Sarasota with many restaurant options, grocery stores and just minutes away from Siesta Key Beach, the number 1 beach in America! We were able to utilize beach chairs and umbrellas provided by the place during our stay, which was extremely convenient and the hostess was extremely friendly and easy to communicate with. Would 10/10 recommend and will definitely be staying here again!!
