The home is cozy and trendy. It is small but in a quiet neighborhood and meets most basic needs. The host isnt responsive. It took several follow-up messages from me to receive information about receiving a lease as well as information about a trash day. The sink was leaking and I did not receive a response when I informed the host. I also contacted the host when heating was out, and did not receive a response. An additional issueI requested booking one of their properties and they booked us with the other (this one). I wasnt aware since the address isnt given on the app until after we had signed the lease.

Quiet haven with all the amenities you will need

This was a great temporary home for us. Recently remodeled. The decor was trendy and comfortable. Everything you would need was supplied and more than most furnished rentals we stayed in. From a stocked kitchen with tea,coffee, spices and even condiments in the fridge to toiletries and fluffy towels in the baths. Beds and linens were a dream to sleep on. Central AC and heat worked great! The patio out back was very nice to have when the weather is nice,the setting is with woods behind and next to you. We loved seeing the deer everyday. We used the 3rd bedroom as an office and it was all set up with a desk and chair. Neighbors are friendly but not intrusive and the house sits at the end of a cul de sac so very little traffic and no car noise. Owner was friendly and responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Close to great shopping,restaurants and grocery stores as well as hospital and urgent care. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
