Mary and Cody were both delights in all communications. Their home is clean, welcoming, and in a perfect location. Quiet and well maintained neighborhood. It was an ideal interim housing situation for us...and we greatly appreciated their flexibility with moving out date.

Charleston House!

Mary and Cody were amazing landlords! They were very responsive and tended to anything we needed. They went above and beyond by grabbing our packages while we were away and clearing the sidewalk and steps when it snowed. Highly recommend this property! Its close to everything you need and its so cozy and homey!

Cozy Home in West Ashley

If I could give this property more stars, I would! Mary & Cody were amazing landlords. From being extremely accommodating and responsive to grabbing packages while we were away, I could not say more great things about them! They were always a call or text away. They are very attentive to the property and keep up on every aspect of house maintenance. The house itself is such a safe and cozy environment that truly felt like a home away from home for my friend and me while on our travel contract at MUSC. The location could not have been better. You are centrally located with anything you could need within a 10 to 15-minute drive. We were no more than 10 minutes away from the hospital, even with a bit of traffic, as well as 10 minutes to downtown. The house was furnished above expectations. Mary & Cody have truly thought of it all when it comes to keeping their tenants supplied and comfortable. I could go on and on about this property. I truly enjoyed my stay!

Great stay

A fellow student and I (both from overseas) stayed at this cozy place during our internship in the US. The house is located within a quite neighborhood, just a couple of minutes away from downtown and everything you need nearby. The owners were very quick to respond and supportive in case something was needed, and took care of the yard regularly. This place is well-equipped with everything needed for cooking, cleaning, washing, etc.. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great experience

The place is great. The owners are very kind and if help was needed they helped immediately. I stayed for 3 months with my colleague as a student from Germany to work and visit the USA. The place is in a calm and quite neighbourhood and also near downtown. It has everything thats needed and if something is missing it is possible to message the owners and they will help very quick with that.

amazing!!

This place is PERFECT! My best friend & I stayed here while doing a contract in MUSC. M & C have made this place travel nurse heaven where we had everything we needed from the beginning! They were always so nice & accommodating, plus they kept the yard looking snazzy. The actual house is in a prime location. MUSC, especially on weekends, was less than a 10 minute drive away. We would absolutely stay here again if we had another contract. :)

Great stau

A great stay! Owners were quick to respond and easy to communicate with. Very safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Would definitely stay aging!
