We are in a quiet, woodsy neighborhood with great neighbors! The home is centrally located and a 15 min drive from Riverbend Hospital, University of Oregon, downtown Eugene, and a 5 minute drive to grocery shopping, gas, restaurants, etc. The studio is also a 1/2 mile away from Emerald Park & Rec Center with many shade trees, picnic area/shelter, indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, and fitness center.

Wonderful Experience
Tanja, Steve, and Xander are a wonderful family. Their two dogs, Bailey and Mio, are friendly and adorable. The family is communicative, warm, kind, and they value their community. I was fortunate to stay with them for three months during the summer of 2024 while on a travel nursing contract with PeaceHealth. My introduction to the culture of Eugene and my first experience in Oregon could not have gone better, thanks to them! Their apartment's location was ideal for me. The apartment is private, well-equipped, and clean. The family is quiet, as is the street they live on. They have a beautiful backyard, a porch, and many fruit trees. Its a great neighborhood for walking or biking, and amazing hiking is readily available. Everyone on the street is friendly and kind. There is a strong neighborhood feel. I really loved it and was sad to go.
