A Wonderful Uni in a Great Neighborhood

I needed a short term rental that was driving distance to North Hollywood and this unit was the perfect choice. The interior is recently renovated so the appliances, amenities and condition are all in excellent condition and the WIFI connection was strong without lagging. Liz and Jack were fantastic. They were friendly, accommodating and very responsive. The location is close enough to the downtown Burbank area to walk, but just far enough away to be quiet and serene. It two blocks from a hiking trail that is beautiful and a ten minute drive to the Burbank Airport. Most importantly, the neighborhood is also safe with many long term residents. If I could give this unit more than five stars I would!

Great little guesthouse!

I stayed at this guesthouse in Burbank for LA pride weekend and it was perfect! Very easy to find, very quiet, easy parking. Had everything I needed for a one night stay. Bed was comfy, shower was hot, communication with the owner was super easy. If you need a place to stay in the Burbank area, I highly recommend this guesthouse. You wont be disappointed!
