Great Rental

Alicia is an excellent host, very responsive and prompt to anything I needed during my stay. The rental itself while tiny, offers everything I needed for my 6 month stay. I was very comfortable. Single parking spot in the driveway was appreciated. Close to amenities like grocery stores and restaurants. Short drive to Old Town Scottsdale. Would rent again.

Cannot Recommend More!

Alicia and her place are both amazing and I cannot recommend this place more! The tiny home is everything a single person could need. The bathroom has plenty of space, the bed is comfortable, the kitchen is small but perfectly functional, and it all looks so pretty! Alicia was so kind and always kept me updated on any maintenance or if I had a package. She is the perfect host! Getting in and out of the place was super easy. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and super close by to parks and shops!

Excellent Host and Cute Little Place

Alicia was a fantastic host and made sure I was always comfortable and easily accessible if I needed anything. The tiny house itself is adorable with a great desk/workspace as well as a nice washer/dryer unit and kitchen. There was plenty of space for clothes between the closets and dressers as well as extra cabinet space. The property is in a great area with tons to do around as well as the keyless private entrance to come and go as you please. It was a perfect accommodation for a single person who was out and about and the location was in a safe area.
