Great find in SF
Loved my 6 month stay here in SF. This place is small but it was perfect for just me. You are in the downstairs from the landlord D but it is still private. D was very nice often leaving extra fruits and veggies for me. The area is overall good. Waking distance to lots of restaurants, grocery and bus stop. I have two small complaints: parking was crazy but that's San Francisco and D was very accommodating on letting me park in driveway if I couldn't find a spot. And lastly needs a new couch, the cushions start to slide off after while. Overall I would definitely stay here again. I do think it's good value for San Francisco because you get your own little unit and again there's lots of things nearby.

Cozy and comfortable
This is a very comfortable and cozy unit in a quiet neighborhood. D is an attentive and responsive host. The houseplants really made it feel like home.
