Our property is a triplex. Your room is in the back of the main house where my husband and I live. It is a quiet neighborhood known as Frogtown. The LA River is just a few blocks away where you can walk or ride your bike. Super market 365 Whole Foods and CVS are 5 min away by car. Smoking is not allowed insure the room but only in the back patio where the washer and dryer are.

Stand alone unit with private entrance and is own bathroom in Elysian Valley, a quiet neighborhood known as Frog Town. We have easy access to freeway 5, 2 and 110. DTLA is is just 10 min away. A couple of blocks away we have the Lis Angeles River Walk with cafes and restaurants along the way.
