I stayed at this property intermittently for about a year and a half through 2023- early 2025, and it was a great experience. The space was quiet, comfortable, and very conducive to focus and productivity. During my stay, I was completing two master’s degrees, and the environment made studying and working much easier. As a travel medical technologist, staying here saved me a significant amount of money compared to typical Miami rent, without sacrificing comfort or peace. It’s an ideal place for travel techs, travel nurses, and other working professionals who need a calm, reliable home base. Kenzie was warm, friendly, and easy to work with, which made the entire experience even better. I would absolutely recommend this place to other professionals looking for a quiet, affordable furnished rental in Miami.

The Perfect Stay!

I stayed at Caribe Cabana while completing my clinical rotations in Miami and it was the perfect place to call home. The room is beautiful, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with ample storage for clothes and shoes. The provided appliances were more than sufficient for preparing nutritious meals, even without a traditional oven or stove. The home is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood. I often returned late from the hospital, and the well-lit property always made me feel secure. Several laundromats are nearby. Grocery stores like Whole Foods, Target, and Publix are just 510 minutes away. Theres also a great shopping center five minutes down the street with everything you could need. I truly loved my time here and would absolutely stay again if I return to Miami. Beyond the space and location, Kenzie truly sets this place apart. He is kind, thoughtful, responsive, and keeps the property impeccably maintained. He describes his home as a sanctuary, and I couldnt agree more.
