I have lived here 20 years. It is a quaint condo built in 1978. Located in a high-end neighborhood of Memphis and well maintained by property management. Because of local it is within a 5 min or less drive to 3 hospitals. The complex is quiet and is 60% occupied by property owners. Grocery store walking distance. Drug store, shops and restaurants nearby.
