Good Starter Home

We stayed here for two years when first moving to San Diego. It’s a great location to get settled in, and the house is a good size for a couple or a single person. The driveway was a huge plus, and was able to fit 3 cars. The gate also added a nice sense of privacy. Evan was always responsive and quick to address any issues that came up during our stay. Overall, a solid place to stay while getting established in the area.

Private Tiny House

This property was a great place for a couple to stay for short term rental during my travel contract. Private place with all the amenities and nice fenced in driveway that made us feel safe. Quick trip to all the places around San Diego 15-20 min from beach or town and a couple of miles from La Mesa downtown where lots of cool shops/restaurants await. Nicely furnished and a really cool shower with waterfall shower head. Recommend for a reasonably priced home away from home!

Perfect landing spot in San Diego

E's place is the perfect landing spot for short or long term stays. The place was just recently built and was in perfect condition when we arrived. A great kitchen with everything you need to cook all your meals. Amazing shower and comfortable bed. Wifi is provided as well and the internet was definitely adequate to work from home as I did during my stay. His place is just outside of SD city limits but a quick trip to get to downtown and beaches. Nice quiet location with a great size yard/gravel driveway. Felt secluded and private. E is a really great guy. Super friendly and super helpful. E made our stay easy and comfortable and made sure we had everything we needed to feel at home. If you're looking for a place to stay in or around SD for a month or longer, definitely consider this. I'd do it again!
