2-bedroom on Midvale Ave

My partner and I stayed for 2 months. The space was exactly what we needed - 2 bedrooms, nice bathroom and spacious kitchen area. It was super clean and well-maintained upon arrival. Amazing shared outdoor space and a great location. Sam the Landlord is excellent - super responsive, accommodating, friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend staying at Sam's place.

Cozy spot in a great location

A basement apartment with plenty of space for any traveling couple/pair. My girlfriend and I stayed here over the summer and loved it. A super walkable area theres plenty to do no matter which direction you head leaving the place. Two bedrooms provided plenty of space and storage. Furnishings in near brand new condition, the place remained extremely clean and felt like ones own home. Secure private entrance into apartment left us no worries about anyone coming into space. Backyard was nice to sit out occasionally and get some sun. S the landlord was exceptional responding to any needs or issues that arose promptly. The price point may be higher than some in the area but for security and peace of mind knowing youre in a good neighborhood it was worth it.15 minute drive to Harborview was easy and routine. Highly recommend any couple or travel pair stay here.
