The Best You Could Ask For

As someone who moves cities every 4 months, this is the nicest place I've stayed. The room is sizeable, comfortable, and clean, and the bathroom is conveniently located just outside the room. There are numerous sets of clean sheets, towels, and amenities to get you started. There is also a free washer and dryer in the unit. Debbie is a fantastic host who goes out of her way to ensure you're accommodated and happy. She is generous, hilarious, and a great cook! Deacon is also the goodest boy and full of personality! The area is quiet, safe, and immediately nearby just about everything you could ask for. Definitely explore the restaurants while you're there. I seriously don't have one bad thing to say about this place. If you're a solo traveler looking for a comfortable space at a good price while still feeling like home, this is the place to be. Debbie will treat you like family, so be a good neighbor and return the favor!

Great experience

The room is perfect for a solo traveler. The bed is comfortable, with extra change of sheets available so you can keep clean sheets. Closet is walk-in, with more than enough room for me. Property owner is wonderful. She helped me out in many ways, and even introduced her to my family when they came to visit. Deacon is a good boy, and I'll miss playing zoomies with him and giving him scritches behind the ear and patting his tum tum. If I ever do another contract in Louisville, I'll definitely reach out and see if this room is available. 10/10
