Incredible Property and Incredible Landlord

I spent about half a year in Alamogordo and stayed here. This is easily the nicest rental property in town! Very clean, very new, all the furniture in the house is great. Incredible kitchen with a gas stove and a gas grill out on the porch. The house features nice ambient customizable lighting as well. Gorgeous mountain view out on the MASSIVE wrap around porch that made my evenings after a long day an easy way to unwind and relax. The bed in the master is a California King and incredibly comfy as well. If I have to go back to Alamogordo for anything I will 100% be trying to stay here! Now for the landlord; Shannan is a good man through and through. He was never in my business but would occasionally ask if I needed anything. He genuinely cares about his tenants having great stays and will go out of his way to make sure of it. If you're looking for a great place to stay in Alamogordo, this is it!
