Hassle-free stay

I stayed here during my internship, and this place had everything I needed. It is very well-equipped, super close to downtown, and perfectly quiet for working from home. It is only a 10-minute drive to downtown, and the gym, pool, jacuzzi, and grills are always clean with friendly people all around. Ben, the owner, is an amazing host. Unlike other hosts that I had in the past, he is super responsive, will help in any way he can, and is a very nice person overall. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a hassle-free stay.

Can't wait to be back

This place is great! I only wish I would have found it sooner compared to the first place I rented in far north Dallas. Host is kind and responded quickly. The room and attached bathroom has everything you need. Closest was a great size. The desk made it perfect for those working remote. The hot tub was awesome for some relaxation. Plenty of parking. I felt very safe in the neighborhood. I hope to be back in the summer to enjoy the pool.

I stayed here and could not have asked for a better situation. The landlord is attentive, patient, and receptive to your needs. This property has all the amenities one could need. I always felt comfortable and anytime I needed something, Ben was available and ready to help. If you are looking for great housing and an even better location, give this place serious consideration.
