Fall 2023 Review

Gracies place is spotless on arrival, and equipped with everything you need from a furnished apartment, including in-unit washer and dryer. Any concerns in the unit Gracie addressed very promptly. The apartment is very well located, and has a private entrance with a reserved parking spot for the unit. The pool and bbq grills are close by and the condo overall is quiet. The apartment doesnt get direct sunlight which is great for sunny Arizona. As I told Gracie, there was room for improvement with newer/ faster TVs, and a blackout curtain in the bedroom but knowing the type of landlord she is, Im sure she has already addressed these. I would highly recommend both Gracie as a landlord and this unit if youre looking to be in central Phoenix.

Perfect Condo in the Heart of Midtown

We rented this unit for our tenants while our unit- also in the Brick Commons- was being renovated. Our tenants were very comfortable. It is bright, well appointed and has an amazing pool. They reported the bed was comfortable and the AC was cold. I would highly recommend a stay here!

Perfect stay

I stayed here for 6 months and it was the perfect place. Very clean, bed was very comfortable, and there was plenty of storage. Location was great and felt very safe. The pool was convenient and neighbors were quiet and friendly. 10/10
