Hi and thank you for your interest in our property in beautiful Perico Bay! We recently purchased this home on Waterside Land in Spring of 2023. We hope to retire here someday, but for now, we plan on renting and visiting throughout the year. As dog lovers (I own a pet grooming spa), we welcome dogs! Our HOA does allow for up to two dogs with a combined weight of no more than 50 pounds.
