This property is available from April 1, 2025 until the end of December 2025. It is booked for myself and my femily from January 2026 through mid-March 2026 and then it will be open again for rent on a monthly basis
Close to the University of Arizona and a number of medical centers.

My 3-month stay at Lester Street Place was great. I felt comfortable immediately in this charming historic home located in the Blenman-Elm district. The premises is safe, spacious, and well-maintained. The landlord was responsive, flexible, and a pleasure to do business with! I highly recommend this desert oasis for a long or short-term stay.
My fianc and myself are traveling physical therapists and we stayed at Lester st. place for 5 months from July to December. The house is beautiful and comes fully furnished with everything you need and more. The host, S, is amazing and she did a fantastic job decorating the home and setting it up for a wonderful stay. Everything in the home is in great working condition, very well organized and labeled for ease of use and access. We never had any problems during our stay, but if we ever had any questions or any trouble with anything in the home, S was always available to help and would resolve any issues immediately. The home is in a great location with so many good restaurants and shops within a mile and plenty within walking distance. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet and the home is fully gated with a private courtyard in the front and a grill in the backyard. This house quickly felt like home. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone!

Hi, My name is Susan. I live most of the year in Bisbee, Arizona, about 100 miles southeast of Tucson. For 3 months each winter, family members come to visit and stay with me in my Tucson house. The rest of the year, the house available for mid-term rentals. I have traveled extensively and I believe I know how to be both a good guest and a good host.
