Cozy Townhome Close to UF, VA & Vet School (Parking, W&D)

Cozy Private Oasis in Gainesville

My husband and I found this cozy and private oasis near Shands Hospital that was perfect for us. While this place is not far from downtown Gainesville, our home felt like a suburb: peaceful but still close enough to tons of supermarkets and restaurants. During the time we were here for his travel job contract, Rouchelle and Edward were accommodating. They were responsible, friendly, kind, and patient. It was a blessing to have such a positive experience. The house has all the necessary amenities, but one of the best things about this townhouse is the amount of space we had to ourselves. And it was awesome to have a washing machine, dryer, and even a manual typewriter! The place is well-maintained, and they even pay for a service that picks up the trash. It was amazing to have this home with my husband, and Ill never forget what a wonderful time we had. It was a healing experience. We loved living here.
