Elegant Ground-Level Gem - Spacious 2BR Apartment with Modern Comforts

Home Away from Home!

This property is a perfect home base for New York adventure! We were just few minutes walk from the Subway station and the neighborhood is surrounded by cafes, parks, grocery stores, yankee stadium and delis and other basic services. The apartment is situated at a very secure neighborhood with police cars patrolling the area. We felt very safe even during night time. The host, Rosario, is a wonderful lady, who’s very friendly and accommodating to our needs. The apartment is very comfortable, spacious and has a relaxed feel to it. It’s filled with basic amenities, so you don’t have to worry about running to laundromat every weekend. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are cozy. Me and my family (three of us) had an amazing stay here and would definitely recommend it!

Lovely Owner and Great Location and Space

The apartment was quite spacious for a 2-bedroom apartment compared to other spots around the city. Less than 10 mins walk to the 4, which takes you right to Grand Central (east side of Manhattan), or even less time (6 mins) to the B/D which takes you towards the west side of Manhattan. Grocery Store with all your needs a 5 min walk and also a blink fitness next to the grocery store. A variety of other fast food places to eat are nearby, including a Starbucks, and the best thing is that the neighborhood is patrolled night and day by police officers because it's on the same block as the Bronx Court. I frequently ran at night without worry of safety and my gf is a nurse who would leave the apt at 5 am and she felt safe. Last but not the least, the owner is such a wonderful person and is always by her phone to satisfy questions or requests that one might have settling in or issues that pop up during the stay.
