Wonderful Property with great landlords

I stayed here during my 3-month nursing contract and am very happy I stayed here. The landlords are very respectful and considerate. During my contract I had to fly home for my chemo infusion and they made sure that the property was going to be safe for when I got back and didn't need to worry about anything especially on the health side of things. You will find them making sure the lawn and manicured and well maintained. They do ask if you are working any night shifts or sleeping during the day to ensure that they don't disturb your sleep. This home is located close to several supermarkets including Walmart. There are plenty of great restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive. Getting to the main highways are pretty quick. You are about 1 hour from Palm Springs, 15-20 minutes from Riverside, and without traffic about 45 minutes from LA. The home was well furnished and comfortable. I would gladly stay here again if I come back to this area.

A very lovely home

I have nothing but great things to say about Trini and Jesse. This beautiful home was the perfect size for me and contained everything I needed, including kitchen supplies/appliances, towels, cleaning supplies etc. They leave you stocked with enough supplies while you get yourself situated. The blackout curtains in the main bedroom were essential for me as a night shift worker. Both bedrooms were lovely with ample closet space. The living room couch was cozy and perfect for movie nights and the kitchen is very modern. I also appreciated the in-unit washer/dryer. There is a train that comes by every once in a while and there are also neighboring dogs that will occasionally bark. I didn't mind them but just worth noting. Trini and Jesse were quick to respond and made me feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Trini and Jesse are great hosts. They just did a big remodel on the house and everything is in great shape, clean, and in new or like-new condition. Amenities: - Appliances are brand new or like-new condition (stove/oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, blender, coffee maker is both carafe and pod friendly) - Didnt need to bring anything extra for the kitchen. They stocked it with everything you might need (including tupperware/storage, ziplocks, cookware). - Laundry machine/dryer are in unit, new and large capacity! Dedicated laundry area, iron, lots of hangers. There were plenty of extra towels, bedding, and pillows. - They were really thoughtful in providing all essentials (trash bags, paper towels/TP, cleaning supplies, laundry supplies) so you dont need to do a huge shopping haul from day 1. - Nest smart device for temperature sensing/control (very easy to use) Bedrooms: - excellent quality blackout curtains which made sleeping w/night shift schedule so much easier - Plenty of closet space in both bedrooms. Neighborhood: - felt safe and quiet - train heard intermittently but expected for the area
