Freshly Updated Bright Private Cottage

I absolutely loved staying here! Kristine is the absolute best! She is receptive and hospitable, respects privacy and is very kind. She even got some of her nurse friends to look for contracts in the area when my contract got canceled. The unit was a perfect little one bedroom and you felt like it was your own space. Well stocked kitchen and bathroom. The parking spot is a little tight to get into but never a problem, and it gave me sound of mind that my car was off the street. Neighborhood felt safe. Only 15 minutes from Providence Portland and easy drives to other points of interest. I wish I was able to stay longer.

Modern clean and cozy cottage

My wife and I loved our 3 months spent here in this quiet and conveniently located neighborhood. Kristine was a super attentive landlord and took care of any problems we had right away. The place was very cozy, clean and has a nice little private outdoor area too. We would recommend this place to anyone who doesnt need a ton of space and wants a quiet and clean place to stay. People in the neighborhood were also very friendly and lots of walkable coffee shops, gyms and restaurants right down the street. We felt very safe and looked after while we were there.

Hidden Gem

I stayed here for about 3 months for work. This guesthouse is a hidden gem! First, location is great. Its only 2 exits on the freeway, which is only 5 minutes away, from my work. So many restaurants, bars and grocery stores close by. Both airport and downtown are 15 mins in either direction. Theres a great little park just down the street and neighborhood is super friendly. The place itself is extremely private, quiet and not attached to the main house. It has its own parking spot and gated patio which is pretty spacious. Parking is kinda narrow so if you have a back up camera that totally helps otherwise theres plenty of street spots to park. The guesthouse feels newer, nice kitchen with plenty of storage, huge TV in living room, WiFi is fast and even TV in bedroom. Everything you need to start your stay, theres even a rice cooker, crockpot, electric kettle and blender. I absolutely love that it has own washer and dryer, which is a huge convenience. Mini split kept the place nice and warm. Bedroom is spacious and everything is thoughtfully decorated. Overall this place is perfect for one person, a couple or even small family of 3 as there room for a crib or pack n play in the bedroom. Kristine is also a great landlord, always available, helpful and super responsive if there was ever an issue, which rarely happened. Will definitely be staying here next time I come to Portland!
