My home is located in easy walking distance to my charming downtown, as well as super close to public transport to Philly. A block from the house is a lovely lake with a walking path, and a short drive away is Cooper River Park, with miles of biking and running/walking trails. I have lots of space to relax outdoors--a back deck, a pergola space, and a front porch.

My cozy home is in a lovely location in easy walking distance to downtown Collingswood, the PATCO train to Philly, and a park with a lake and walking trail. The room for rent comfortably sleeps one. In addition to monthly rent, renter will pay 50% of the cost of gas/electric each month.
Neighborhood overview
Collingswood is a charming suburb located a short train ride from the city of Philadelphia. Within a block of the house is a small lake with a walking/running trail, and there are several other parks in walking distance. Downtown Collingswood is a popular destination for its shops and restaurants, as well as its award-winning seasonal farmers market. I love living here! I feel safe, and I have easy access to everything I need.

Cute room in great community outside of Philly!
I stayed with Sarah for almost a full year and it was a great stay! She is very nice and welcoming and helps you with anything you need! The room is cozy and very comfortable and is perfect for one person. The house is super cute and has plenty of areas to relax, she has a screened porch and an outside deck area, and comfortable living space. Plenty of parking available. The area is the best part though. Collingswood is a safe and great community and it felt like home away from home. Lots of restaurants and shops. 10 min walk to Patco train that then takes 10 min to get to city center of Philly, perfect! There is a safe and beautiful park with trails right near the house. Neighbors are very kind too. 10-15 drive from numerous hospitals. I recommend Sarah and this stay to everyone! Fantastic experience and would gladly stay with her again. Thank you Sarah for a great stay :)
