Safe and great location

As a father, finding a safe, secure home for my daughter during her internship was a top priority, and this condo was a perfect find. The security is outstanding; you must pass through three separate locked doors to reach the interior, creating a private, protected sanctuary that provided complete peace of mind. Beyond safety, the location is great. The neighborhood is vibrant and welcoming, with restaurants and grocery stores all within easy walking distance. The proximity to the CTA makes exploring the entire city effortless and convenient. This condo is comfortable, well-maintained, and perfectly situated. It strikes an ideal balance between urban accessibility and a genuine sense of security. I felt completely at ease knowing she was living here, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a worry-free home base in one of Chicago’s best neighborhoods.

Really Nice Condo

This condo is in a really nice and safe neighborhood. Lots of people out walking and friendly neighbors. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Grocery stores within a couple blocks. CTA train station a 15 minute walk and bus stops close by as well. The condo has been well maintained. The owner is very responsive and the property manager is local and very helpful. It truly became our home away from home. The bedroom is a nice size and the bed very comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped and has all the dishes, pots and pans you will need. Appliances are almost new and in good working condition. Nice big refrigerator. There is also an air fryer which is nice. Nice size smart tv with a lot of local stations as well as some streaming channels available like Hulu and Prime. Heating and cooling work well. It is fenced in and has an electronic gate for extra security as well. We enjoyed our stay there and highly recommend it to fellow travel nurses and such. We would return for sure.
