Perfect suite walking distance to Tacoma hospitals

I cannot say enough good things about my stay here at Cassy's place. The suite is the entire upstairs area of Cassy's very nice house. There's a large bedroom with a queen bed, a two sink bathroom, and a huge closet area. There is also a small kitchenette right next to the bedroom, but you have full access to the downstairs kitchen/living room/laundry/backyard as well. If you're a night shifter like me, it's important that you can achieve absolute blackout in the room for day sleeping. I walked the 0.8 miles to TGH for the first 2 1/2 months (until it became too cold and rainy) and I never once felt unsafe. It took me 15 minutes one way. Cassy is a great roommate, super respectful and accommodating, and I'm glad to call her a friend now as well! And her two little dogs are the sweetest, derpiest pair. My dog got along so well with them and now they're a little pack. I know we will BOTH miss living here. I'd come back in a heartbeat.

Quiet neighborhood close to downtown Tacoma

I stayed here for 9 months with my medium sized dog. The house is very cute and clean with a decent sized fenced backyard. The room is nice with plenty of space to store clothes or other items and you have your own private bathroom. Also, right off the room, there is a mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig but I also had full access to the kitchen downstairs. Cassy is really accommodating and great with communication and quick to fix anything that needs to be fixed. She has a sweet little dog who typically keeps to herself. This house is also located just a mile or so away from 3 different hospitals in Tacoma and also just a little over a mile away from I-5.

This unit has it all. The upstairs suite is private and has a Keurig, microwave and mini fridge in the landing area for convenience. As well as the offerings of a full kitchen downstairs. The space is quiet and large that you would be convinced you have the whole property to yourself. The landlord is very attentive and responsive to any needs that arise. The area is centrally located in Tacoma and close to the hospitals and restaurants/ groceries.

This place is absolutely perfect for a single traveler! Youre upstairs all by yourself with plenty of privacy. Very spacious. Loved the convenience of the coffee bar area, microwave and mini fridge! Always felt safe. Parking was never an issue. Only minutes away from St Joes. And landlord is super responsive and accommodating.
