Great Place

I stayed at this property while I completed a 2-month clinical rotation. I had to find a place to stay while living in a different state and not at all familiar with the area. I had a ton of questions before booking. Greg was incredibly responsive, helpful, and patient throughout the entire process, which helped me feel more comfortable. This house ended up being such a gem. The neighborhood was safe, quiet, and beautiful, with even little spots like an ice cream shop and plant shop within walking distance. The home itself was spotless, well cared for, and stocked with all the necessities, which made it feel like my home away from home. The location was also perfect — close to shopping, great restaurants, the interstate, and Forest Park, making it convenient for both work and fun. You can tell Greg truly cares about his property and about making sure his guests have a great experience. I’m so thankful I found this place and would absolutely stay here again! Thanks Greg!

Lovely Stay

We enjoyed our stay at Greg's rental home! The home was perfectly located close to I-64 in Richmond Heights/Maplewood, which made it easy to get downtown or out to the suburbs as needed for work. Additionally, the home had everything we needed for a longer-term stay! There were two parking spots available on the property as well. We would highly recommend this place to others who are traveling to St. Louis!

Home Away From Home

I had wonderful 6 months at Greg's place! The environment was quiet, clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated! The neighborhood is adorable and close to many shops including a Trader Joes. He had basic starter necessaries supplied. The bed was very comfortable! Downtown Maplewood had great restaurants, shops, and coffee shops to explore on days off. The location was central and easily accessible to all of St. Louis. If there was ever a question or I needed anything, Greg was quick to respond and very friendly. He was a wonderful host! If I am working in St. Louis again, I would not hesitate to book his place again! I cannot recommend his home enough!

Great Location! Home away from Home

What a wonderful home. It's comfortable and well equipped. The rooms are beautifully decorated. There are 3 tv's one in each bedroom and one in the living room. There is a baby grand piano if you like to play, if not it's beautiful to look at. Not many homes come with a grand piano. The home is updated, clean and well maintained. The bathroom is awesome. I love the shower. There are lots of different rooms to sit in and the house has great light. I love staying here. It's close to EVERYTHING. Oh, and it has a driveway that can accommodate two cars. That is a big plus for St. Louis. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. I will stay here again for sure. Thanks so much for a lovely stay.

Great Place to Stay

My self and my girlfriend stayed here for 3 months while traveling for work. The house is very clean, well kept and offers lots of amenities such as various coffee makers, nice cookware and dishes, entertainment systems and 2 off street parking spots. Great centrally located location within <3 min drive to various shopping plazas, fitness centers and breweries. This was a very safe area, I frequently go running at nighttime in the neighborhood and never felt unsafe. Highly recommend

2015 McCready Ave

This property is filled with charm and personality. When you first walk through the safety door entering with your own code, there is the cutest, most welcoming enclosed portico. Wifi and internet are great. There is a grand piano room with futon, a nice dining area with farm table to entertain as well as a cozy living room with a large TV. The kitchen is complete with an induction stove top and microwave/convection oven. And refrigerator with ice maker. Youll find plenty of cabinet space complete with dishes,utensils and cookware. Both bedrooms have ample closet space, comfy beds, and some storage. The bathroom has a very nice shower unit, and medicine cabinet. There is also a combo washer dryer. The back yard with plants galore has been so nice to have! It has a great grill space as well as unique comfy chairs and tables to complete a restful and peaceful space. The owner G is top notch on all things.

Sweet spot!

I am a returning tenant and love staying here. The house is comfortable, clean, centrally located and has everything I need. A super cute oasis in the city! Everything works and is in good condition. I love drinking coffee on the front porch in the mornings and watching the sunset from back patio surrounded by beautiful flowers. What a treat! The neighbors and owner are super friendly and helpful. There are a lot of families in the neighborhood and I feel very safe walking here. An added bonus there is a driveway that can fit up to two cars. Thanks for being my home away from home!!
