Home Sweet Home

I enjoyed a very nice, quiet, clean, safe stay with Pamela I felt right at home the entire duration of my stay. I would never hesitate to stay again. I highly recommend this place!!!

Renter Beware

DO NOT STAY HERE! Do not buy into Pam's "genuine" sweet talk and getting to know you BS. She is definitely Sus! She is not present and uses this against you. She will find a way to exploit and have you pay more. This is what she sent me upon my 30-day notice after paying $900+security: Early termination fee (agreement expiration): $500 Additional days to the end of the 30-day notice: $270. $770 - $150 (Security deposit)= $620 owed to us, though we will not pursue payment. We wish you all the best. I'm sure Furnished Finders will be very interested in her practices.

Jason, Allow me to address your comments: 1. I am sorry things did not work out for you regarding the two travel nurse assignments you accepted here in the DMV. However, that had nothing to do with the agreement you signed with us. This was not personal, simply a business transaction with a signed agreement. 2. There has not been one person in my 68 years of life who has characterized me in the way you have in this review. I, of course, like to get to know the people residing in our home, as I did with you. I do not, however, expect to impinge on their time/privacy as most have busy lives and want their space, as do I. 3. Im not sure what you mean by She is not present and uses this against you. Are you talking about the fact that I left to assist my 86-year-old mother? I was not aware I needed to be present for a tenant, other than if they needed something I did not provide. To that point, my husband was there to assist with any needs. 4. As far as, She will find a way to exploit you and have you pay more. Here are the facts: a. You signed an agreement with us from 3/16/2026 6/16/2026. b. You gave us notice on 3/25 which began your 30-day notice, meaning you were obligated to pay rent through 4/24 per the EARLY TERMINATION CLAUSE below. c. EARLY TERMINATION CLAUSE. The Tenant may, upon 30 days written notice to the Landlord, terminate this Agreement, provided that the Tenant pays a termination charge of $500.00, the maximum allowable by law, whichever is less. Termination will be effective as of the last day of the calendar month following the end of the 30-day notice period. Termination charge will be in addition to all Rent due, up to the termination day. d. Your rent was paid through 4/12. Your 30-day notice ends 4/24 which means you had 9 additional days of rent to pay (4/16 4/24) at $30/day, totaling $270. The termination fee is $500, which totals $770 owed to us minus the Security Deposit of $150. As stated, you owe us $620, an amount for which we did NOT charge you. e. Your text to me on 3/29 stated that we owe you $630 to include the 16 days out of your original month ($480) plus the Security Deposit ($150), totally $630 which you rounded down to $600. This is simply not the case per the agreement you signed.
