Amazing stay!!

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful. The most beautiful home and back and front yard! Owners were so helpful and quick to respond. Truly no problems at all just an easy comfortable relaxing stay!!

Peaceful Stay

This rental was one of the most enjoyable and beautiful stays I've had away from home. Located in the heart of Chapel Hill, its conveniently close to grocery stores, charming bakeries, and a wide variety of restaurants. The peaceful atmosphere made it feel like a private retreat. The property is exceptionally well-equipped, with everything you could needfrom pots and pans to cleaning supplies. My favorite feature was the backyardits a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The owners were fantastic, always helpful and quick to provide assistance or recommendations for local spots if you're unfamiliar with the area. I wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

Great stay!! Close to Everything!!

Overall I had a great stay at M and P's house! It is a great property that has everything you could need and more! It is very close to town and easily walkable! I had minor issues while I stayed here but everything was quickly resolved. The owners are both friendly and helpful and assure that you have everything that you need and are readily available if you need anything! Thank you again for all of your help!!!

Beautiful and cozy home!

My parents and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is fully equipped, in a serene area, and within walking distance from Franklin Street and the bus line. M and P were very responsive as well! We highly recommend it.

If you are looking for a quiet, centrally located home, look no further. The house is full of charm, equipped for gourmet cooking, and has a backyard to die for. I can't say enough about how responsive and accommodating the property owners (M and P) have been. If you like to walk and love nature, there are trails galore within close proximity to the house. The restaurant scene is also worth mentioning. Many great restaurants are very close. My husband and I felt very safe in the neighborhood. If we ever need to rent a home again in Chapel Hill, this home would be at the top of the list.

Gem in Chapel Hill

This house is a true gem just minutes from all the amazing things Chapel Hill has to offer. Easy access to Carborro + Durham too! You can tell the owners love this house and they have thought about everything one could need in a rental. The beds are comfy, the shower is lovely and the backyard is a little oasis. The owners have been wonderful hosts, always available to answer questions and provide anything you may need. Highly recommend this home to anyone who looking for a rental in this area.
