The unit is very peaceful and had a nice light decor. I've gotten great feedback from all my tenants. Very peaceful sunrise and sunsets and lovely ocean breeze in the spring and summer. It's a super convenient location, so many things are a close 5 min drive away. Convenient public transport options nearby. It's a great place to relax after a day of work.

Amazing Waterfront Property
Chris and Anna were extremely welcoming, helpful, and accommodating with everything we needed. I stayed on this property for five months during the summer season. Chris was efficient and communicative with all inquiries regarding the space. Overall, they made renting stress free and I highly recommend staying here. I truly could not have asked for better hosts. Thank you so much!!!

Amazing place with beautiful views
Stayed here for a few months and it was amazing. Chris was a great landlord, super accommodating and helpful! The unit has beautiful views from the sun room looking out over the water! Would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay here!

Amazing Rental!
Beautiful unit, I stayed here during my season for the new england freejacks in Quincy. Chris was a great landlord, he always went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The views out to the water every morning while enjoying that morning coffee were incredible. During the summer time Chris had AC units put in the rooms and main areas to keep the place nice and cool to beat the heat. The unit is just a short drive to nantasket beach as well, with great views and a beach front that goes on for miles. Can't recommend this place enough! Would be staying here if I lived in the area.
