The unit is very peaceful and had a nice light decor. I've gotten great feedback from all my tenants. Very peaceful sunrise and sunsets and lovely ocean breeze in the spring and summer. It's a super convenient location, so many things are a close 5 min drive away. Convenient public transport options nearby. It's a great place to relax after a day of work.

Stayed here for a few months and it was amazing. Chris was a great landlord, super accommodating and helpful! The unit has beautiful views from the sun room looking out over the water! Would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay here!
Beautiful unit, I stayed here during my season for the new england freejacks in Quincy. Chris was a great landlord, he always went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The views out to the water every morning while enjoying that morning coffee were incredible. During the summer time Chris had AC units put in the rooms and main areas to keep the place nice and cool to beat the heat. The unit is just a short drive to nantasket beach as well, with great views and a beach front that goes on for miles. Can't recommend this place enough! Would be staying here if I lived in the area.

I grew up on the cape. Worked in the engine room on ships for multiple years and then sold real estate, now I work for a utility company. Summertime is my jam, love being out on the water, on my boat, on the beach etc... with a beer in hand. I live on the first floor (1st unit) of the house I am renting out. If you like boats too, I'll be sure to get a group together for a fun summer outing.
