My home is on three levels. 3500 ft. first level includes two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, laundry room, 1 1/2 bathrooms. This is the level where the available bedroom is.
On the next level are two more bedrooms, living room, library area, attic workshop, and shared deck facing east, very warm in the mornings with city view.
On the third level is an outdoor sky, deck with furniture and panoramic city view.
