Safe, Quiet, Convenient

I couldn't have picked a better spot to stay in Everett! If you are going to be working at the medical center downtown, this is the perfect location. It's close enough that it's less than a 15 minute drive to the hospital but far enough out of the city that you feel safe. Right near the water (5 minute walk to the waterfront at Howarth Park), and grocery store and highway are literally a 5 minute drive down the street. The apartment was well stocked with everything that you need. Landlords are really helpful and friendly, but not overbearing. It's very quiet and you have tons of privacy. Perfect place for an introvert like me! One of my favorite properties so far. I have nothing negative to say.

The Best Home Away From Home

I thought I'd just stay for three months, but eleven months later, my work assignment has ended. I can't speak more highly of Billie-June and Rhonda. They have been the loveliest of hosts. The studio is on a very quiet street with parking directly outside the front door. I found my home away from home to be spacious, comfortable, and warm. The kitchen has everything you need, and the full sized refrigerator has plenty of space. The closet is much larger than it looks and the bathroom has lots of places to anything you'd need to store in a bathroom. I always appreciated the hot water in the shower taking little time to heat up with great water pressure. What I really loved about this location was that it is just a few minutes drive to anything you might need, from Safeway to CVS to Staples. There is a convenience store and a gas station within walking distance and use of the water are right around a couple of corners. I can't recommend the studio enough. You won't be disappointed.
