AWESOME STAY

I recently had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful room in Staten Island, N.Y. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Eva. It was very clean, quiet, and safe. The room itself was large but cozy and bed , very comfortable. The decor was homely and inviting, and the amenities provided were top-notch. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in making the space feel like a home away from home. Eva was incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my stay. The first night my flight was delayed, so I arrived late and wasn't able to go grocery shopping. Eva made me a tuna sandwich, and took me grocery shopping the next day! She always offered local tips and recommendations and went above and beyond to ensure I had a fantastic experience! Overall, I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Staten Island. Thank you Eva for providing such a wonderful experience. When I return to Staten Island, if possible, I will definitely be back!

Best landlord ever

Ms. Eva is awesome and very understanding. I rented from her for 6wks. She treated me as her own daughter. The house was extremely quiet and clean. The area is safe. Really close to Staten Island North. I had a great stay there.

Great Stay

Great property to stay at walking distance to RUMC with all the amenities and utilities included in a quiet and safe area. The room was spacious and equipped with all the furniture, including a desk and chair and plenty of storage space. Eva was very friendly and accommodating during my entire stay (I lived there for a year) and the common spaces were kept clean.
