Kelley was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. She is so kind and accommodating. My wife and 2 children enjoyed our stay greatly. The place was clean, comfortable and safe. I would rent from her again.

This apartment checks all the boxes. It is located in a very nice neighborhood and has a very cozy feel! I always felt safe and comfortable. Mrs. Hardwick was a pleasure to work with and made my stay very enjoyable. She is easily accessible and tends to all your needs. I very much enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend it!

Perfect stay

Apartment was gorgeous, spacious, and very comfortable. We felt right at home, and it had everything that we needed. Living room is bright and sunny, all the beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen is fully stocked with modern appliances. Kelley was responsive and helpful throughout our whole stay. Would definitely stay again!

I stayed here for a clinical rotation at a nearby hospital and had a wonderful experience. Kelley is highly responsive, and the unit is very well maintained and equipped. The location is very peaceful was a real highlight of my stay in New York. Has all the amenities of home with the convenience of being close to subway and bus stations. 10/10.

Great property for sublease

I stayed at this property for a month for a clinical rotation at Montefiore. The location is great and was easily accessible to Montefiore (and associated campuses) by bus or by car. The place is also well sized. The hosts furnish the place, which was appreciated. The neighborhood is safe, and I would recommend staying at this location for anybody who will be in the area.

Wonderful stay

I stayed here for a month and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this place, the house has everything you need, all the appliances and cookware. Neighborhood is really safe and public transport is a only a short walk from the house.Plus Mrs Hardwick is a really pleasant person and everything went smooth. Definitely would recommend this place... 10/10
