Not a safe neighborhood and did not get my deposit refunded

The condition of the property was fine. Gisela was a great host as well. However, the neighborhood was very unsafe. The other roommate was not friendly at all. Upon move out I was told that I would receive my deposit back but that never happened. I am unsure as of to why because there were no damages and the room was rented out again a week later.
