R was an amazing landlord! Extremely professional and hospitable. Upon arriving, she helped me move my stuff into my room and gave me a tour of the house. She accommodated any need I had and always responded quickly. She genuinely cares about you as a person and wants to make sure you're comfortable. The electric unit for the house was in my room and if she ever needed to access it, she would always ask permission and wait for a response before entering. She truly values your privacy. The application process was also seamless and my deposit was returned quickly. I highly recommend her!
