Perfect Stay!

Ana is such a wonderful host. She made me feel welcome immediately and had lots of recommendations for the area. The house is beautiful, and the room is so cozy. I would recommend anyone stay here.

A perfect Phlly perch!

I'm so happy I found this gem of a place. I stayed with Ana for a month. The house is beautiful, with calm vibes and easy cohabitation. I enjoyed the combination of opportunities to chat and get to know Ana and the total privacy of my comfortable, peaceful room to focus on my work. Especially if you like walking, this is such a great location for walking all over different neighborhoods. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Med Student Away Rotation Heaven!

I stayed with Ana for exactly a month. I had an away rotation at Thomas Jefferson University and was so nervous as I had never been to Philly before (I loved it!) and did not know where to stay or what to do. Ana was so incredibly kind and welcoming. She not only made me feel at home Day1 but also had recs for nearby restaurants and fun things to do. Her place is stunning and impeccably well decorated the bedroom I stayed in was beautiful, bed was cozy and very comfortable (so nice after a long day of work). I had plenty of space for all my things. The house was right next door to a grocery store which was super convenient. I walked to work daily & felt very safe doing so. Lots to do in the area and lots of delicious food to try! Could not recommend this spot and Ana more highly!!!

I stayed with Ana for three months this past summer and absolutely fell in love with Philly! The room and house were both perfectly set up and clean, and I really enjoyed getting to know Ana and her travel stories, creativity, and interior design work. She was incredibly kind and accommodating too. I worked in Center City and found the walk to work easy (or the bus or subway too!). I walked to so many new restaurants and coffee shops from the house and was really able to explore Philly. I couldn't recommend staying here enough and am already looking forward to my next Philly visit.

Great Philly Stay

I stayed here for two months and had a great experience. The space has a warm, eclectic feel with a lot of charmdefinitely not your average cookie-cutter setup. Its thoughtfully decorated, clean, and really easy to settle into. It felt more like staying in someones well-kept home, which I appreciated. Ana was a great hostcommunicative, respectful, and genuinely helpful with local recommendations. It made the whole stay smoother. The location is solid, tooquiet street, walkable neighborhood, and plenty of great food and coffee nearby. South Philly has its own unique energy, and this place puts you close to a lot without feeling hectic. If youre looking for a comfortable, character-filled home base in Philly, this is a great pick.

Great place to stay!!

I'm originally from New York and didn't know anyone in Philly when I was planning to move for an internship, but I couldn't be happier with my stay here! Both sisters were personable and welcoming and made me feel at home within the first few days of my stay. They are super neat and clean as well. Both were also very respectful and accommodating while I was studying for my boards exam in the house which was an amazing help to a stressed out grad student. The location of the house is great as it is close to several coffee shops and different types of cuisines, and it was easy to get to Center City by bus or even walking (about 25 min walk). A is very familiar with the area and always has recommendations if you're looking for something to do - definitely not a shortage of things to do/places to explore! Overall I highly recommend and would stay again if I'm ever back in Philly for work!
