NEW CASITA spacious, full private unit, office, laundry, driveway parking

Don't hesitate to book!

Lorena was amazing and so is her place. It had everything I needed to make it a home for my 3-month stay. She was quick to attend to issues and communicated effectively. Will definitely book again if I'm ever back in Modesto.

Stayed for more than a year!

Its a great place to stay! Me and my wife stayed here for more than a year and didn't have big problems living there plus its close to hospitals we were working at. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and the Casita is beautiful and well maintained! The Landlord Lorena is nice and easy to talk too as well. Quick with setting up appointments for repairs and concerns. Would definitely recommend for travel nurses who wants short and long term stay!

Nice neighborhood

Nice quiet neighborhood. Lorena is responsive and available. The kitchen is great and stocked well. Climate control is view Nest, which was nice. There's an extra little bedroom, so there's plenty of storage if needed. The laundry is right off the hall. Parking is in the driveway and the entrance is behind a nice big wooden gate, which was nice for privacy and safety. Highly recommend.

10/10 RECOMMENDED

Lorena, the host, is really amazing. She is extremely accommodating and an excellent host. It was my first time working in the Central Valley, so I was anxious about finding a spot where I could rest comfortably and recharge before returning to work. The casita always makes me feel at home. It's so comfy and clean. It's so huge that I believe you could fit the entire family of five in there. The room has good matching furniture and a super duper comfortable mattress. Especially the large kitchen, which is fully furnished. I simply wanted to thank you for giving me such an incredible time.

Comfortable stay at the casita

I stayed at the casita for a couple months with my coworker and really enjoyed my stay. The host really seemed to have thought of everything a traveler could need while being away from home. I have stayed at multiple FF locations being a traveler, and this one was my favorite. The host was organized, kind and responded quickly to all questions I had. I would highly recommend staying at the casita you won't regret it.

Quaint and cozy casita

Lovely brand new construction with big kitchen with everything you need. The host is super nice, attentive, and flexible. It is a nice, safe, and quiet neighborhood. The location is convenient and close to everything. Memorial hospital is just a five minutes drive away. This place definitely helped to make it a good first impression and a nice stay in Modesto. If I come back to the area, I definitely hope this place is available.
