Peaceful, safe community less than two miles from major hospitals

Perfect apartment for Nurses!

Wonderful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in the heart of Brookland! Close proximity to the metro, grocery stores, Medstar and CNMC hospitals. Major plus was private parking in the back of the house! Both bedrooms have blackouts shades which is great for night shift nurses! Landlords were amazing with communication and always willing to help with any problems that occurred! Would definitely rent again if ever coming back to DC!

Tranquil and spacious property

Really enjoyed staying at this location! It's located about a 15m walk from the metro and has numerous bus routes nearby so getting around without a car was relatively straightforward. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe and I had no issues walking around late at night. The house itself has everything you'd need; TVs in every room, fully stocked kitchen, and is quite spacious and roomy. Most importantly, Constance and Dwayne were great hosts. They were extremely responsive and more than willing to help with any type of issue that came up.

Great place

This place is nice. It is in a neighborhood that is quiet and serene. My neighbors were kind and looked out for me. The bathrooms are amazing! They are nicely decorated. It has a heater for the cold winter months, a spacious shower, and the bathtub has jets! I loved using all the amenities. The place is next to a monastery with a beautiful garden that I would walk to all the time. Im so grateful to have stayed here. I had a great time!

Great place in the City

My wife and I stayed here and we loved it. The owners are very nice, hospitable and responsive. They went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and whenever we had a concern they were quick to respond to us. The house is beautiful and the neighborhood is beautiful and walkable. Even the neighbors are nice. We will miss living here. If you need a place to stay let this be your choice.

Amazing Stay

The property owners were amazing and helpful at every step of the way. The place is a great size, containing multiple off-street parking spots and a washer/dryer in unit which is always a plus. The kitchen is fully stocked with almost everything you should need and the house has great amenities such as TVs in each room (useful if roommates are involved) and access to the Ring camera. The surrounding area feels safe and neighborly, and less than a 10 minute drive to CNH or Medstar. I would recommend to any tenant and would love to stay again!

Amazing apartment, excellent location, helpful landlords

I was a travel nurse & worked at CNH-this was a perfect find! Its a short drive to the supermarket/cvs/restaurants/brookland-cua metro. The driveway off the back alley with direct access to the back door was amazing, we didnt have to worry about street parking. Its an 8min drive to CNH which is a great commute. Its also a tight-knit community-many of the neighbors have been there for years and look out for each other. They use Ring so we could check on packages, & its directly across from a school, the area felt very safe. The apartment itself is recently renovated and very well-maintained. 2 bedroom/2 bathroom, washer dryer, washing machine, a spacious living area, and a nice dining area. The bathrooms are beautiful and the bedrooms have blackout shades which was nice working nightshift. It was the perfect size for 2 of us. The landlords are very kind & always respond, they were able to quickly address any issues that came up & gave lots of local recs. I hope to stay again!!
