Neighborhood overview
The quaint neighborhood was originally a 1920s summer retreat. Many original cabins and cottages remain in this idyllic setting minutes from downtown, many local breweries, and the soon to be completed Ecusta Trail. Mountain Bliss was built in 1935 and has view of the pond that was the centerpiece of the retreat grounds in the neighborhood.

Charming House
We loved staying here. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Fox is always available if you need anything. Highly recommend!

Amazing
Our home was flooded during Hurricane Helene. We desperately needed a place to stay while our home was being rebuilt with 2 XL dogs. Fox reached out and was so helpful in our time of need. The place was in a perfect location with grocery store less than 5 minutes and when you didn't feel like cooking, there were plenty of restaurants to choose from. The house was very clean and the yard was great to walk the dogs out. Fox was always just a text away and always responded fast. Couldn't have asked for a better home while we rebuilt everything. Highly recommend!!!

Mountain Bliss
The cottage is located in a beautiful setting surrounded by trees and mountains. The house is charming and very welcoming. The bedroom and bath are large and up to date. The secondary bedroom is lovely and has a bathroom adjacent to it. The appliances were all new and easy to use. We spent our evenings on the screened in porch. Listening to all the birds, seeing white squirrels and of course the adorable deer family... There is a wonderful hospital near by ( Pardee ) and a fabulous vet ( Sage Animal Hospital). grocery, minutes away as are many wonderful restaurants. We loved it so much we're going back next year. Amazing Stay-Wonderful House
We moved to the area and needed temporary housing while our house was being completed. We were very lucky to find this rental. It has been completely redone and the setting was great. Everything was spotless and the furnishings were comfortable. Communication with the owner was super easy and he was very responsive. We enjoyed the peace and quiet while still being close to Hendersonville and many other cities and amenities. We are thrilled our house is ready to move into but we are sad to leave this place :) If you need a place and this is available..book it!
