Modern 2BR Near Downtown Denver & Golden

This is a great spot for anyone looking for a quiet 2 bed room. Its quite. Humberto and Maycie are great. They are super responsive, nice, and go above and beyond. Lots of storage space as well which is nice. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a spot close to old town Arvada.

This Arvada property is PERFECT! I stayed here while on a travel nurse contract and it exceeded my expectations. H and M are so kind and welcoming, accomodating, and truly care that their renters' feel like they're at home. They are quick to respond and keep in contact regarding your stay. All winter they made sure that the path to my entrance was clear and shoveled which I appreciated so much! Their space has everything you need when it comes to cleaning, cooking, and feeling at home. It was also very clean and you can tell that thought was put into the space. I was very comfortable. The location is great, I always felt safe in the neighborhood and the place is well lit. I especially loved having my own yard for my pet to explore. Full sized washer/dryer and storage room were also a bonus. Even though it is a basement unit there is a ton of natural light that comes in and brightens the space. I would stay there again in a heartbeat and highly recommend this place! :)

My 30-day stay in this Denver-area apartment was an absolute delight. The location was incredibly convenient for exploring Olde Town Arvada, downtown Denver, and even taking day trips to Boulder. But what made my experience truly exceptional were the landlords. Not only were they responsive to any questions or concerns, but they also took the time to show us around Denver and Arvada. As newcomers to the area, this personal touch was invaluable and made us feel right at home. The apartment itself was cozy, clean, and well-maintained. The smart thermostat was a nice feature, allowing for personalized climate control right from my phone. While the apartment is in the basement of the main house, the separate entrance provided the privacy we needed. The space felt serene and quiet. All in all, this apartment offered a comfortable, welcoming stay that went beyond the typical short-term rental experience, thanks largely to the landlords' thoughtfulness and hospitality.
