My husband and I have stayed here for the past several months and it has been the perfect place to land while awaiting an out of state move. Spotless, comfortable and in a neighborhood we have always loved. Ann & Steve were always available to help in any way they could to make our stay very enjoyable from the 1st day! We appreciate the care and thoughtfulness throughout our stay!

Great place to stay!!

I travel for work and this was the perfect, cozy place! It is in a great location and very safe for anyone traveling solo as well. I worked maybe 15 minutes from here making it an easy drive to and from work. It's also very close to some great places to eat and shops. The basement was very clean and quiet. I would recommend anyone getting to stay here!!

I cannot recommend this place enough! I have been staying at Anns since January and have found it to be everything I need while working and traveling away from home. The kitchen is fully equipped which has made cooking a breeze. The bed is very comfy and the entire unit is peaceful and quiet. There is plenty of storage with the closet and dressers in the bedroom, and the W/D area is huge, which is great for storing pet and ski equipment. The backyard is well-kept and you have a beautiful view of the mountains to the west. Less than a 10 minute drive to UC memorial and a pretty central location in terms of the city overall. There are also lots of parks nearby and the neighborhood has felt safe to me, all of which has been great as I am traveling with a dog! Parking is also no problem as there is a large lot next to the property. On top of everything else, Ann and Steve are the most helpful and kind landlords. If I could stay longer, I absolutely would!!

Basement review

Very quiet comfortable super clean basement unit in great location close to Downtown. Full privacy. All amenities included with fully stocked kitchen. Landlord deals with all issues in a timely manner. My stay here worked out very well for the year I lived here.

Comfortable, great location, well thought out!

A and her husband are great landlords. The apartment is fashionably furnished; has comfortable, high quality bed, bedding and pillows; and has everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. As someone who loves to cook, I never lacked anything I needed. Well thought out, A! I was the first tenant, so we did work out a few kinks with appliances. A and her husband were super responsive and resolved the issues in a timely manner. The location is perfect for easy access to downtown and I-25, and the view of Pikes Peak is wonderful. I would highly recommend renting this apartment.
