Perfect!

This house is perfect! It's quaint and cozy while being modern. Less than a 10 minute commute to the hospital. The owners went above and beyond to make me feel welcome...and bailing me out during what was the snowiest winter in years... I would definitely rent again if I travel back to MA.

Perfect home away from home!

My fiancé and I booked our stay with Candace and Frank for our Cape Cod travel assignment. We had such an amazing stay! The place was exactly as pictured—clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The fire place during the winter time was just the cherry on top. The street is quiet and location was prime. Very close to all our needs (stop and shop, Trader Joe’s, Target, Whole Foods, etc) all less than 15 minutes away. Candace and Frank were extremely responsive to our needs and made everything easy from start to finish. If the needs allowed, we would have extended and stayed longer! Overall we highly recommend this cottage! We are excited to be back again in the summer, but this time for a short vacation :)

Perfect for traveler

This home was absolutely beautiful and perfect for what I needed- pictures are very accurate to the property. Candace and Frank were very responsive and quick to help if a question arose. Was an extremely restful and peaceful place to come home to after long work days. Cozy, clean, with everything you need! Great location!

Great find!!

Such a cute and cozy home. Perfect for vacationers or traveling nurses. Appliances work great, gas fireplace, washer/dryer very good, great water pressure, cute patio and yard, very clean, landlords are nice, professional , communicative and attentive to maintenance, quiet neighbors, comfortable bed. Its near a 4-way stop intersection so you may hear traffic occasionally, but nothing earplugs or a sound machine wouldnt muffle. Paid trash service is a big convenience on Cape, Easy 7-10 min drive to CCH. Cape Cod Mall, Whole foods and lots of other grocers near by. And the bike trail (called the Cape Cod Rail Trail) is close. Bunny rabbits, and a group of turkeys pass by the house most days. Short drive to lots of beaches.
